Using In-App Help in CPA Buddy

The Help Center is your in-app knowledge base for learning how to use CPA Buddy. Search topics, browse by category, or contact support when you need direct help.

Accessing the Help Center

You can open the Help Center from anywhere in the application:

  1. Click the Help button (question-mark icon) in the bottom-right corner of the screen
  2. Select View Documentation

You can also go directly to /help or use links from welcome messages and other help articles.

Finding Answers

The fastest way to find what you need is the search bar at the top of the Help Center home page.

Tips for effective searching:

  • Use specific keywords (e.g., “create engagement” instead of “how do I”)
  • Try different variations if you don’t find results
  • Search matches topic titles, summaries, and full article content

Topics are organized into categories:

Your recently viewed topics appear on the Help Center home page for quick access.

Sharing Help Articles

Each article has a unique URL you can share:

  1. Open the article you want to share
  2. Click Copy Link
  3. Share the link with colleagues or in support tickets

Contacting Support

If you can’t find an answer in the documentation:

  1. Click the Help button in the bottom-right corner
  2. Select Contact Support
  3. Fill out the support form with:
    • A clear subject line
    • A detailed description of your question or issue
  4. Our team will respond via email

Tip: Include error messages, steps to reproduce, and screenshots when possible.

You can also use Live Chat from the same Help menu for real-time assistance when available.
